Get ready to transform your skin! This pain-free procedure produces more collagen and elastin in your skin as well as overturning dead and dry skin cells. This process is also great for dark spots, acneic skin & acne scars. Each microneedling treatment is paired with a special serum specifically tailored to your skin type. We offer many different types of serums, including plant-based stem cell, 24k gold and salmon DNA to name a few. Each treatment also includes a post treatment "Jelly" facial mask. Microneedling works by creating micropunctures using steralized microneedles which produce a controlled skin injury without actually damaging the epidermis. These microinjuries lead to minimal superficial bleeding and set up a wound healing cascade releasing various growth factors such as platelet derived growth factor (PGF), transforming growth factor alpha and beta (TGF-α and TGF-β), connective tissue activating protein, connective tissue growth factor, and fibroblast growth factor (FGF).[7] The needles also breakdown the old hardened scar strands and allow it to revascularize. A fibronectin matrix forms after 5 days of treatment resulting in skin tightening persisting for 5–7 years in the form of collagen III. Histological examination of the skin treated with 4 microneedling sessions 1 month apart shows upto 400% increase in collagen and elastin. We start with a deep skin cleanse, next we apply numbing cream & most people feel only a "slight vibration" as we begin the microneedling process. After your treatment is complete we apply a soothing facial mask matched to treat your specific skin concerns. We than send you home with an aftercare kit. You can expect some redness, minor swelling & minor bleeding after your procedure. Most side effects resolve within a few minutes to a couple of hours although they can last longer. Please note deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & non transferable. Deposits will will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment, do not show up for your appointment or reschedule your appointment. In addition no call/no show appointments will be charged up to 50% of total service fee, less deposit, which will need to paid before clients are able to reschedule a new appointment.
